Shipping Costs
All prices in our shop are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. The shipping costs listed below will be added. The shipping costs applicable to your order will be displayed in the shopping cart and before completing the order.

Delivery
Shipping takes place from our warehouse in Herten, North Rhine-Westphalia.
We deliver within Germany, to EU member states, and to selected other countries. Delivery to packing stations is not possible in all cases.
The estimated delivery time will be displayed during the order process. Once your shipment has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Deliveries outside the EU
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT, and processing fees of the respective country may apply. These costs are not included in the purchase price and are collected directly from you by customs or the transport company.
Return Costs
In the event of a cancellation, you bear the direct costs of the return. Details can be found in the Cancellation Policy.
Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report the damage to the delivery person immediately if possible and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.
