2. Hosting by Shopify
This online shop is operated on the platform of Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. Shopify processes all data required for the operation of the shop on our behalf, in particular order, customer and access data.
The basis for this is a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. Insofar as personal data is transferred to third countries, this is done on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses.

When you access our pages, information transmitted by your browser is automatically collected: browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, time of server request and IP address. 4. Order Processing
If you place an order with us, we process the inventory data you provide (name, address, email address, possibly telephone number) and contract data (ordered items, price, payment method) for contract fulfillment.
For delivery, we pass on the necessary address data to the commissioned shipping company. For payment processing, we pass on the necessary data to the payment service provider you have chosen. Payment data is collected directly by the payment service provider; we do not have complete card data.

Commercial and tax law retention obligations (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO) oblige us to retain contract and invoice data for six or ten years. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR.
